Board-Certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and licensed in OR & WA, I work with individuals, couples and families who want to become more internally secure to diminish anxiety of all kinds. I specialize in trauma recovery, sub-specializing in sexual abuse recovery, and I facilitate therapy groups for both men and women for a variety of issues. My most recent certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) allows me to use (mini-dosed) Ketamine for heart-opening psycholytic sessions, and (macro-dosed) Psilocybin in intentional therapeutic settings. Incredible, next level, healing happens with these aids.

An abuse survivor myself, I'm constantly amazed and grateful to see my own pain being redeemed in the lives of others. My counseling approach is integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Bowen family systems, attachment theory, trauma processing, existential, Adlerian, cognitive-behavioral, relational psychodynamic, narrative, & PAT therapies.

For next level healing, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, guided imagery, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (legal in Oregon) as adjuncts to talk therapy. What I enjoy most about counseling is being part of a process by which hurting people become whole again, moving from stuckness, frustration, and confusion to confidence, security and well-being.
