I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
My rich experience in different organizations, including but not limited to community social service agencies, healthcare systems, and insurance health plans, has helped me to guide and consult my clients when we identify barriers that impact my clients' well-being.
I truly love working with anyone regardless of age, culture, religion, etc, but I have found enjoying so much while I am working with middle-aged clients and especially older adults who are planning to retire or have retired and trying to find meaning and purpose in their new chapter.
