I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 13 years of clinical experience working with individuals who struggle with low self-awareness, low confidence, anger, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and basic day-to-day struggles (adjustment/ confusion). My approach is a combination of Adlerian, CBT, DBT, person-centered, holistic, humanistic, and motivational approaches committed to empowering individuals. My main goal is to empower individuals that I work with to identify issues that have caused them distress and to assist in developing healthy skills and strategies to improve their quality of life.
I'm extremely passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds that are ready for change and I strive to create an environment that is safe, realistic, and motivational for you. Goal setting will always be based on what you, the individual, have identified as an area of concern and distress you would like to address in the counseling sessions.
