My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I use the evidence-based practices of Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).

My goal is not simply to provide temporary fixes, but to work together with you to ensure that your investment in yourself leads to long-lasting progress.
