Mixed Roots therapy is a group private practice that creates healing spaces for people with complex identities and stories, leading them to often have trouble finding places to belong. We work with individuals and couples who are hurting, stressed, and overwhelmed. We suffer in a multitude of different ways from trauma, grief, depression, isolation, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, and discrimination, to name a few.
