Hi, I offer multicultural therapy for professionals, individuals, and couples in CA & NH. I offer a space to slow down, take a breath, and make sense of your experiences with greater clarity. I work with multicultural individuals, professionals, and couples navigating stress, identity, and relational patterns that feel difficult to shift.
My approach is integrative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, combining talk therapy with somatic and experiential practices. We may explore both present concerns and how past experiences continue to shape your responses. I offer telehealth sessions in English and Japanese for clients in California and New Hampshire.
My work is shaped by my multicultural upbringing as a third culture kid, my Japanese heritage, and my experience as an immigrant Asian American.
