With over 15 years of experience, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where adults can better understand themselves, heal, and create meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many feel stuck in recurring emotional or relationship patterns. My goal is to help clients become experts in themselves—their emotions, needs, triggers, patterns, and strengths—so they can make more intentional choices and feel more grounded in who they are.
My attachment-based, trauma-informed approach helps clients understand how early experiences shape current emotional and relationship patterns. I integrate CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to build awareness, regulation, resilience, and healthier connection. I also have a special interest in men’s mental health.
Therapy with me is active, supportive, and insight-oriented. We'll deepen your understanding of yourself, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools for change.
