My specialty is working with children as young as 4 and adolescents. I do testing for ADHD/ADD. I also do Neurofeedback and AlphaTheta treatment. Neurofeedback is a treatment for ADHD, bed wetting, anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. Alpha Theta is a treatment for fears, Phobias and Addiction. I also offer marriage/ couple counseling and multicultural counseling. I teach Anger Management classes and techniques to help people understand the nature of anger and different ways to control their aggression.
I mostly work with children and adolescents from different cultures who suffer from anger, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder,or Trauma. I also work with foreigners who have problems with acculturation.
I am fluent in Farsi and English, and know some Arabic. I have 12 years of experience working with multicultural children and teenagers. I have been happily married for 30 years. In addition to my education and training, I also use my own life experiences to help with marriage counseling.

In anger Management classes different techniques of anger control is discussed and practiced. Each member shares their reasons for anger and aggressive behaviors and focus on treatment methods. In stress management classes techniques of relaxation therapy, meditation, and talk therapy is used.
