My ideal client is someone who’s spent years holding everything together — the strong one, the caretaker, the overachiever. On the surface, they seem capable and composed, but inside they’re tired. They’ve carried the weight of trauma, grief, pain, or responsibility for so long that rest feels foreign and slowing down feels unsafe.
They come to me because they’re ready for something different. They’ve done the “push through” life, and now they want peace — not just the absence of chaos, but the presence of calm, clarity, and connection.
Many of my clients are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, chronic pain & burnout.
I help clients move from survival mode into healing and wholeness. My approach combines compassion, science, and mindfulness to support the mind, body, and spirit in recovery.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), I specialize in working with trauma, chronic pain, burnout, and substance use.
If you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else, I want you to know — you don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. Healing doesn’t happen by pushing harder; it happens when you finally feel safe enough to pause.
You deserve a space where you can exhale, release, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced by survival.
