I specialize in providing therapeutic services to individuals with a range of concerns including trauma and adversity, anxiety and panic, spirituality, and life transitions. I utilize a relational approach to meet you where you are and employ different methods including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and EMDR. Whatever you are facing, it is my privilege to offer an empathetic, warm, and nonjudgmental presence for you to find healing and meet your life goals. I am also accepting supervises for clinicians seeking licensure as an LPC. I am currently taking appointments on Mondays.
I enjoy sitting with all individuals struggling with all types of issues. I am especially equipped to work well with anxiety and panic, depression, and trauma and abuse. My goal is to meet you and your needs where you are.
