I am licensed in Colorado with 13 years of work in the field of behavioral heath, 8 of which have involved working as a professional therapist. I have experience in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & managing distress associated with a history of trauma. My ideal client is anyone who has acknowledged that issues impacting their mental health have started to have a negative impact on their day-to-day life. I offer a more casual communication style than what many clients may be used to if they have previously participated in mental health counseling and explain that all interactions can be presented in a more formal style if desired.
