My ideal clients are couples or individuals who want to form more meaningful and intimate relationships. Many of my clients come in feeling lonely and lost in their relationships, others come in looking to heal past wounds, while others come in exhausted and unsure if anything can help. Regardless of how you are coming in, I look forward to working with you to create a safe and open space where we can explore your relationships, heal past wounds, and work toward creating the relationships you long for.

I help you turn toward distress with honesty, courage and compassion. Using EFT and relational psychodynamic approaches, we slow patterns down, uncover the emotions and longings beneath them, and practice new ways of connecting. Whether individually or as a couple, we build clarity, resilience, and a deeper, more secure connection that lasts and strengthens.
