Do you find yourself wrestling with questions about your purpose and identity? Are you longing for freedom from addiction, pain, abuse, or trauma? No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve faced, my aim is to support you in moving toward health, functionality, and peace. My clinical experience is rooted in a warm, safe, and welcoming faith-based worldview and has largely involved working with males from childhood through adulthood who have navigated depression and anxiety, relational trauma, crisis situations, and various forms of addiction.
I take a practical, whole-person approach to therapy, paying attention to each client’s physical, psychological, relational, and spiritual well-being, in which I employ evidence-based methods like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Existential Therapy to help clients make real, meaningful changes.
Ultimately, we all reach moments when carrying everything alone just isn’t possible, and that’s okay. Choosing to reach out is a powerful act of courage and self-respect. You deserve care and support that is skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in your growth. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take this next step forward.
