I have 32+ years of experience providing professional counseling services to individuals, couples, & families. I help individuals who experience depression, anxiety, death of loved ones, abuse, feelings of hopelessness, loss of purpose/meaning in life, & who want to improve overall mental health. I help couples & families resolve conflicts and connect on a deeper leveI. I was born & raised in Southern CA. I have been married to my best friend for 35+ years. We have four daughters & two grandchildren. My wife is a dedicated school teacher. We enjoy gardening, traveling, attending plays/concerts, & spending time with family & friends.
My goal is to help clients feel increased support and hope by focusing on their strengths and assisting them with developing skills that result in an increased sense of control, purpose, and worth. I assist clients with developing the ability to broaden their perspectives and opening up increased options to satisfy psychological and emotional needs.
I believe that too many people are suffering alone. Please feel free to contact me. I will provide compassionate and professional support to you at this difficult time of your life.
