I am a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of North Carolina. I love working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. In my counseling approach I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy mostly and Gottman and EFT with couples.
I also enjoy journeying with children, teens, adults and couples because it allows me to see the world through new and different perspectives as we tackle hard issues together.
