I am experienced in Psychodynamic therapy and trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. Roadmap to Success Group for Adults with ADHD
An 8-week facilitated group program designed to help adults with ADHD embrace their neurodiversity and live empowered lives! Tuesdays 6 - 7:15 pm, October 1 - November 19, 2024. Group members will be supported by peers and guided by a licensed mental health & certified ADHD provider to: Gain knowledge of ADHD and its benefits and challenges; Gain clarity on your core qualities and strengths; Identify life areas impacted by ADHD challenges; Establish strong goals that reflect your unique needs and aspirations; Design your personalized ADHD guidebook for living successfully with ADHD, and; Practice living out your roadmap with group support.
