I am trained in several modalities, but more importantly I believe in a comprehensive approach, which includes working diligently to research and find the best treatment/resources for you. I am EMDR and Brain Spotting certified for trauma.
Additionally, I am a proud Veteran of the United States Navy and am trained by the Center of Deployment Psychology. I hold multiple certifications in a variety of modalities, and am constantly learning the most effective, and current approaches to expand my knowledge base.
