Hi, I'm Misty Taylor, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, unresolved conflict, grief, and career exploration as well as children ages 5-10 using play therapy. My counseling approach combines person-centered, narrative, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral styles of counseling. I am also trained in play therapy. Everyone is unique, therefore I work to tailor the counseling approach to meet specific needs. My hope is for clients to become more self aware, and find helpful ways to bring about positive change.
