I became a mental health professional later in life because of my own personal struggles with complex grief caused by losing my father to a drug overdose & relational challenges of my own. I have personally experienced the healing power of therapy by feeling truly seen, heard & supported.
I work with adults navigating grief, emotional or narcissistic abuse, empty nesting. late diagnosed Autism & nervous system dysregulation.
I work with women in menopause who are learning how to live their best life through this challenging season. Many of the people I work with feel a quiet heaviness or emptiness as if they’ve been carrying too much for too long. In our work together, I will offer a warm, heart-centered space for healing. I am solution focused through Talk Therapy & EMDR.
