Together we will work through what's bothering you and create a plan for better on the other side.

In addition to a MA in counseling from UAB, I also hold a post-master's certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, a certificate in religious trauma, and I am an EMDR therapist, trained to treat trauma and PTSD through bilateral stimulation/eye movement for desensitization and reprocessing.
