Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to being the one who holds everything together. I work with adults and older teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and complicated life transitions. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, yet still find themselves repeating patterns, struggling with emotional regulation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real-life change. I integrate CBT, DBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you process what’s been weighing on you, feel more steady, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
I help adults and teens navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and burnout. I also support women through perimenopause and offer affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ART, I help you process what’s heavy, build emotional stability, and move forward with clarity.
