Client-Centered Therapy asserts that a relationship characterized by genuineness, unconditional positive regard (acceptance), and empathy can result in a self-directed process of growth. Essentially, with support and encouragement, we are capable of making positive changes in our lives. Specific interventions and techniques used will vary depending on your individual needs.
My goal is to help others see their potential and deal with life stressors more effectively. I offer clients a safe space where they can be open in a nonjudgmental environment.
