I believe it is within our uniqueness that lies the potential for connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world. I'm not going to apply a specific therapeutic formula onto you. We will work together to find a healing path that fosters a deep sense of safety and self trust.
I stay actively present in every session, using attentive listening, insight, and critical thinking to help you get to places hard to reach on your own. We will move beyond managing symptoms to explore root causes. And we’ll have fun doing it. Healing shouldn’t be a painful experience. I believe it can and should be full of humor and joy.
I am a white, non-binary trauma therapist. I specialize in supporting people impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, incarceration, and systemic oppression.
