I am a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) specializing in alcohol and drug counseling and SASSI-4 evaluations. I treat the whole person, addressing mental, physical, and social aspects of substance use. I work with alcohol, illicit drugs, and prescription misuse, including opioids. Using CBT and cognitive restructuring, I tailor care to each client. I offer in-person and virtual counseling and conduct court-ordered or employment-related evaluations. I am committed to ethical, evidence-based care that supports lasting recovery and personal growth.
I use an array of counseling techniques and strategies that are individualized for each client and their treatment needs. For example, I may combine the use of cognitive behavior therapy and the rational/irrational thinking models to help clients better understand how distorted thinking may hinder their success during treatment.
I offer face-to-face counseling and/or online counseling through facetime/Google Meets. I conduct SASSI-4 alcohol and drug evaluations for clients who may be court-ordered or for employment purposes.
