I work on a broad range of issues, including anxiety, spirituality, depression, self-image, premarital and marriage, career, and finances, with a special emphasis on childhood trauma.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Restoration Therapy (RT), Prepare/Enrich (P/E), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Strong Interest Inventory (SII). Additionally, I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
