About

As an individual and couples counselor, I believe that therapy is teamwork. Each client is the expert of their lives and holds the power within to change. As we partner together, I will guide you to explore your challenges and the unhealthy ways of being that hold you back in your life. I will also guide you to tap into your inner strength and resiliency so that you can own your power to change your life. Whether you are looking to improve your relationship with yourself of others, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your life, learn new skills and practice healthier ways of being.
I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in clinical mental health counseling. Additionally, I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Mindfulness to help you achieve your therapy goals.
