I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, betrayed partners of sex addicts, addiction and relationship issues. The underlying components of codependency, self-destructive behaviors and addictions can stem from negative core beliefs that are deeply-rooted and eventually make our lives unbearable. These negative core beliefs are implanted in our brains making us believe thoughts such as, “I am not good enough”, “I am unlovable” and can eventually lead to troubled relationships, codependency, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and includes talk therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and solution focused therapy. I believe that successful therapy is built on a safe, accepting, and a mutually respectful, collaborative relationship.
