With over 25 years of experience as a Counselor, I hold certifications in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, DBT and Mindfulness, CBT- Insomnia, CBT- Eating Disorders, CBT- Personality Disorders, Certified Walking Therapist, Certified Nutrition for Mental Health and MGH/Harvard Nutritional Psychiatry and a former WA State K–12 School Counselor.
