About
I firmly believe and affirm the philosophy that You have a PhD in YOU. True healing comes not from discovering but rather reclaiming your natural cadence; you unique, authentic rhythms and tempos. As a licensed creative arts therapist and board certified music therapist I employ a combination of established energetic practices and evidenced based practices tailored to meet your specific needs to balance, repair and replenish your body, mind and soul resulting in a watershed of creativity, balance and wellbeing.
My approach is highly improvisational, individualized and holistic. Using art, music, movement, and creative writing I join clients in playful creative arts therapy interventions which resonate, celebrate, and validate your original cadence. My co-creative process will invite you to engage in dialogue with your true self and reclaim your authentic flow.
We all need a strong, secure connection to Self to help sustain our vitality, strength, inspiration, and creativity. We connect to Self when we honor our natural cadence and learn to flow downstream with greater direction and purpose. Come discover your authentic flow. I invite you to join me in cascading courageously into the Great Plunge Pool of Life!

Heroine's Journey Creative Arts Therapy Group
Female identifying participants are invited to collaboratively explore, express, integrate and heal fractured “divine feminine parts” of the “self “which have historically been silenced and oppressed by patriarchal/white supremacist cultures and systems. Multi-modal interventions draw inspiration from cultural myths, fairytales, ancient symbols dreams and popular culture and include creative writing, lyric analysis, drawing, painting, sculpting, dance/movement, journaling, storytelling, and guided imagery.
