I think we all can relate to moments or events in our lives that forever change the course of our journey and throw us off of our path. It is in these moments that we often feel anxious, stuck, or depressed. I am committed to working with my clients to overcome their biggest challenges and fears by exploring what holds them back in these difficult times. I work with my clients utilizing a holistic approach that is motivational, supportive, and empowering.
I will help provide you with the tools to support you to live life as your best self. When we allow ourselves to look within and break our negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs we are able to push past our fears and explore other pieces of ourselves. I am also trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
