Are you feeling overwhelmed? Is there some loss, trauma, or pain from the past impacting your life today? Past pain or fears of the future can trigger anxiety and make life difficult to navigate. I work with clients to help them heal from past harm, grieve losses and move toward new beginnings. True, effective change and greater freedom is possible with a willingness and a desire to heal and to grow.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, grief and loss. I also work with clergy and missionaries who have been wounded in ministry or are in a transitional process, as well as first responders and veterans.
One courageous step of reaching out for help can lead to tremendous healing and new freedom! Feel free to call my office or email me to set up an initial appointment. I look forward to coming alongside you on your journey.
