Hello! My offices are designed to enhance a calming environment so that persons who seek help feel calm and safe. That being said, also due to advanced technology with the sciences such as neuroscience, micro-biology, epigenetics, study on neuroplasticity and other research, we understand more than we ever did before. This allows us to enhance our skills and benefits to you. I hear you and work hard to adjust to your needs. More importantly, we can change, “Scientific Fact”. Talk therapy is important but not enough. With this work most people improve their relationships and experiences in life. I look forward to seeing you soon!
As a clinical therapist for years, I have sought out detailed studies on how we respond to stimuli, on a neurological level, through experiences in life. This is a wonderful time for us in the field, that has opened up a wide range of approaches we are able to use in helping, I lifts my spirit when people improve their lives and grow.
I have compassion for people that come to get help, We all have our issues including therapists, And people come to us for help, I believe we as therapists also need to work on ourselves to improve not only our lives, but to enhance the quality of our work in helping others, We are all in this together.
