Starting therapy is hard, finding a therapist that is the right fit for YOU can feel daunting! Many people seeking therapy just feel stuck, unmotivated and lost. Others seek therapy to learn ways to cope with a specific event or life circumstance. Please know, I am happy to answer questions as you start this journey. Individuals seeking therapy with me will be open to learning ways of responding to themselves with kindness and love. You will be receptive to connecting the ways previous experiences inform current relationships. Ideally, you will come ready to feel challenged, heard and seen.
As a therapist I strive to provide a warm and caring space. I bring my authentic self into the room which includes empathy, humor, strong language, relatability, encouragement and connection. I offer both intensive and traditional couples therapy as well as individual therapy.
It is truly an honor to be a therapist. Supporting individuals and couples in their most painful moments and major successes is truly a gift. Sharing your most intimate thought and emotions is challenging. The therapist you choose should have a style and approach that fits YOU, this greatly impacts the effectiveness of therapy!
