I believe that my most important asset as a therapist is my calm and balanced presence; I am an effective sounding board for self-discovery and exploration. Entering therapy is a risk. Knowing this, I focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment with a collaborative approach. Our relationships with ourselves, our families, support systems, partners, and others are the primary way that we ground ourselves and make sense of our environments. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and an Advance Clinical Hypnotherapist; I find these both effective approaches in moving through situations that keep us looping in current patterns and beliefs. These approaches are tailored to suit your individual needs and are appropriate for persons of all ages and stages.
With licensure in California, Nevada, Missouri and Idaho, I offer virtual sessions for those outside of the Southern Nevada area. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor registered with the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists & Clinical Professional Counselors as a Primary and Secondary Supervisor.
