I've been trained extensively in areas of sexuality, gender affirming therapy, communication, gender transitions, sexuality and intimacy. Being queer and gender diverse, I specialize in working with all people regardless of their genders and sexual identities.
I use modalities of Internal Family System, Psychedelic integration therapy, body based mindfulness, and the Enneagram. As a gender affirming therapist, I can provide letters in accordance with the WPATH Standards of Care for transgender and gender diverse folks seeking hormone replacement therapy and gender affirming surgeries.
