I enjoy helping individuals through life transitions including understanding management skills of diagnosis including anxiety, ADHD, acute stress, and depression. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals gain awareness of and gain skills with family of origin issues, parenting, religious exploration-transitions, grief and loss, and expression of individual needs.
I am passionate about working with clients using a variety of therapeutic strategies and interventions. I have spent decades volunteering and working with children, youth, and adults in Fort Collins. I work with clients from varying backgrounds economically, diversity, and ability.
