Specializing in trauma-informed care, I work in a number of modalities including Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting. Since 2012 I have worked as a trauma-informed somatic therapist having trained with Peter Levine and Bessel VanDerKolk.
I am a person who believes deeply that we each have the tools within us, at this moment, to create a life where we have agency over fear and anxiety and one that is full of sustainable joy.
