Along the way, we’ll uncover your personal and societal roots of anxiety, depression, and stuck patterns.
I often work with people who are sensitive, queer, trans or poly, second-generation and mixed-race, who are navigating life amidst contradictions; people who are asking: without clear role models or certainty about the future, how do I want to live my life? Therapy with me may be brief (3 to 6 months) or may evolve into a longer journey.
In our sessions, we’ll explore mind and body, past and present, and the relationship between us. I’m an active, engaged therapist who shares my thoughts and feelings with care and mutual feedback. I bring my own lived experience and offer steady presence, honesty, and fierce companionship as you move toward peace and self-trust.
