It takes courage for a person to seek help. I treat each individual with the respect and dignity they deserve and work collaboratively with them. I am experienced in assessing, diagnosing and treating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, alcohol abuse, childhood trauma and phobias. I am an EMDR certified consultant. EMDR is a highly effective therapeutic approach that helps individuals process trauma. I am experienced in working with adolescents and young adults. I help families resolve conflict and divorce issues. My goal is to help clients understand what is needed to gain control of their lives.

I am experienced in treating complex cases. Many of my clients suffer from complex PTSD as a result of growing up in extremely dysfunctional environments. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective and powerful form of therapy that I integrate into the sessions to help reduce symptoms and safely process traumatic memories.

Many individuals are hesitant and/or fearful about the therapeutic process. I prioritize psychological and emotional safety. It is important that the client understands and feels comfortable with the pacing of treatment. I welcome any and all questions from my clients and will provide information to help them feel secure.
