We'll explore the effects of relational dynamics, early life experiences, thought and behavior patterns, culture and identity, transitions and family of origin. We'll identify triggers, understand how the past affects and informs the present, improve ability to regulate, and uncover patterns/trauma that impact you and implement new behavior patterns.

I am trained to used CBT, DBT, solution and trauma focused skills such as mindfulness, reframing, regulation and mood tracking. My clients build self-confidence, develop autonomy, communicate effectively, develop emotional resilience, repair irrational thinking, increase interpersonal effectiveness and stop repeating frustrating patterns.
I approach therapy as a collaborative dynamic aimed at accomplishing cognitive, emotional and behavioral goals through building trust, respecting and honoring individual needs, and supporting appropriate growth and development. I embrace LGBTQ+, AAPI and BIPOC identities and address the impact of homophobia, racism, sexism, transphobia, patriarchy & more.
