About
**Currently accepting clients for teletherapy appointments**. Are you a parent of a tween or teen with anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns? I have over 6 years of experience working with adolescents and teens. I also possess experience working young adults navigating the transition into adulthood and while struggling with anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. My clinical approach is client-centered, combined with evidence-based strategies, such as CBT. I am passionate about supporting clients while they build coping skills and develop healthy interpersonal skills.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teens, with such concerns as anxiety, depression, family conflicts and transitions. I also have experience supporting adults as they navigate life transitions, and gain valuable tools to increase their resilience and ability to navigate stressors.
