You may be reaching out because life feels overwhelming for you or your child. Maybe your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, defiance, or school stress, and parenting feels exhausting. Or perhaps you’re an adult carrying anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress that’s hard to manage alone. Many clients I work with feel stuck in patterns of frustration or self-doubt and want relief, clarity, and tools that truly help. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and connection can begin for you and your family.
I support children, teens, adults, and families with a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach. Trained in PCIT, I use play therapy, TF-CBT, and family systems to strengthen relationships, build coping skills, and foster healing. I also offer spiritually integrated care for those who wish to include faith in therapy.
I bring a calm, grounded presence to therapy, offering both emotional support and practical guidance. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (155505) supervised by Dr. Toni Dunning (LMFT 51248) at The Center for Restored and Connected Families. Let's work together toward a life that feels more sustainable. Please reach out to begin today.
