My ideal clients are people who don’t feel comfortable in their own skin - carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or sexual health concerns they've never said out loud. I work alongside an incredible team at Inclusive Medical Group, and even if you only see me, I draw from my team's knowledge every day. Our pelvic floor physical therapist addresses the ways trauma and pain live in the body. Our play therapist meets kids where they are. We have strong working relationships built on real collaboration, and that shows up in your care.
I specialize in trauma and sexual health; two areas that overlap more than people expect. I use EMDR to help clients process what's felt impossible to move through, and sex therapy frameworks to address intimacy, identity, and sexual health without judgment. I also draw from CBT for anxiety, depression, and the thoughts keeping you stuck.
I'm an Oklahoma native who has worked in some of the hardest corners of mental health care: community clinics, inpatient units, and now private practice. I've sat with people in their worst moments, and I don't scare easily. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
