I offer several years of experience working ‎in clinical mental health counseling, addictions, and clinical settings as a Clinical Director. I practice from an integrative holistic approach which addresses the mind, body, and spiritual approach to healing, I am also an apprenticed Native American Healer & I incorporate my traditional ‎knowledge with evidence-based approaches, compassion & often humor! As I believe in leaving people better off for having known me.

Our VA (in-training) Service Puppy Chewbacca aka Chompy, offers comfort & cuddles.

I work with all types of trauma, ranging from childhood trauma (abuse, sexual, neglect), veteran/combat, domestic violence & adult sexual trauma, to relational trauma & racial trauma. I also work with couples struggling with maritial & family issues, & addiction & families of addicted people. As well as everyday struggles related to mental health.

These days can be really challenging for everyone, & we all need support sometimes that extends past our family & friends. I'm here to help in finding hope, healing, & direction through whatever is weighing heavy on you & create meaningful lasting change in a peaceful & authentic good way!
