When life feels overwhelming, finding the time to reconnect with ourselves and what we value most can be an important first step in a positive direction. Through therapy, I aim to help clients improve their individual wellbeing, helping to develop meaningful relationships and explore their life experiences, even those that can be difficult to face. I work with clients navigating a host of experiences, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulty and conflict, loss and grief, adjustments to life transitions, navigating parenthood and mental health support for moms at every stage of motherhood.
With specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, I support clients experiencing symptoms related to postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety or clients who are navigating pregnancy loss, infant loss, or birth-or-pregnancy-related trauma. I also enjoy working with couples and families through relationship and/or parenting challenges.
As a clinician of color, I value working with clients of diverse backgrounds, aiming to better understand the ways their identity and life experiences intersect. I resonate with the cultural nuance of interpersonal family dynamics and hold that context close when working with clients.
