Handling uncertainty in today's world has been especially hard for kids/teens who already struggle with self-image, school, friends/family, etc. Besides working with adults, I use Play Therapy, Sandtray, Mindfulness, Stress Reduction to help kids lower anxiety, depression, resolve underlying attachment /safety issues & increase emotional self-regulation.
