I offer trauma-informed therapy rooted in respect, depth, and cultural awareness.
My approach blends EMDR, Somatic and Relational therapies, Expressive Arts, and Psychedelic-assisted Therapy (including Ketamine and Cannabis) to help you reconnect with your body, clarify your story, and move toward lasting change. I bring warmth, honesty, and grounded presence to my work. My clients often say they feel both deeply seen; gently challenged.
