My primary method is psychodynamic therapy - that means we'll look into the root causes of whatever issues you're dealing with today. We'll explore how early experiences and relationships impact you now, keeping in mind how systems and culture impact all of us. I also have training in mindfulness and pain reprocessing therapy to help treat chronic pain.
I have experience working with people from a very wide variety of backgrounds and life stages. I welcome people of all ages, racial identities, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and religious affiliations to reach out to me. I'm available for supervision of LMSWs. I can't wait to meet you.
