Hi, I'm Miriam. I have been a therapist for over a decade and am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), one of my primary modalities. IFS offers a non-judgmental approach to understanding the many parts of ourselves, each striving to help us navigate life. When these parts become imbalanced, they can contribute to challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or addictive behaviors. Through IFS, we work to free these parts from extreme patterns, fostering greater calm, confidence, and connection within the whole self.
Therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly discuss anything, including your progress and what works best for you.
