I hold a BA in Psychology from Trinity International University and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic. I'm trained in EMDR, and hold certifications as a National Wraparound facilitator, Prepare and Enrich, and Couples Communication Skills facilitator. Trained also in Gottman method. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Letty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a heartfelt passion in helping her clients recover from trauma, grief, anger, abuse, anxiety, depression, and those adapting to life in a new country. She strongly believes therapy can help people increase many positive qualities of self, such as joy, compassion, and love.
